Volca saved 20 hours per month & consolidated their GTM stack with Clarify
Problem
Volca, a fast-growing home services technology startup, needed a modern CRM solution that could support their unique go-to-market motion focused on in-person trade show prospecting. With multiple pilot cohorts launching across different regions including Florida, Dallas, Jersey, and Illinois, they needed a system that could effectively track relationships without burdening their lean team with manual data entry.
Their existing GTM stack was fragmented, consisting of:

"Current CRMs are terrible and impossible to use for small teams," said Brendan Kazanjian, Co-founder at Volca. "There are no features that support what people need in the modern RevOps world. I was previously our RevOps person at my last company, and I wouldn't have considered for a second using Salesforce or HubSpot."
Solution

What made Clarify different was its ability to consolidate multiple tools into one platform. "It's becoming the single piece - we don't need any more call recorders, we don't need to build automations to do data enrichments. Clarify is only tool we need," said Brendan.
The platform's flexibility was particularly valuable for Volca's unique market.
"We wanted a very custom CRM to represent what we feel is our market and how they interact with us, but it couldn't be hard to setup and use," Brendan explained. "If our customers are stuck in a conversation or they don't have budget or there's a hurricane in South Carolina - we're able to account for all of these things easily in Clarify and list them so that we actually know what's going on with everybody. And it was so easy to do all of that."
Outcomes
After implementing Clarify, Volca saw immediate benefits:

For Volca's other co-founder, who spent more time logging calls and taking notes, the time savings were even greater at nearly 3 hours per week. This efficiency gain was particularly valuable as Volca scaled their pilot programs and prepared for their public launch.
