Getting Started
Record and analyze your meetings in 3 simple steps
1. Enable call recording on your meeting page
2. Access your recording immediately after the meeting has ended, complete with transcripts
3. Review key moments, action items, and AI-generated summaries to stay on top of customer needs
Installation/Uninstallation
To install
- Once logged into Clarify
- Click on your profile picture > Integrations
- Click
Configure
under Zoom and follow the prompts
To uninstall:
- Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
- Click Manage > Installed Apps, or search for the Clarify AI Recorder app
- Click on the Clarify AI Recorder app
- Click uninstall

Troubleshooting
Clarify Recorder didn’t join the meeting
Try disabling and re-enabling the meeting recorder
I got an error enabling the recording
If you enable recordings too soon to the meeting start date, the call recorder may not be available. Try enabling the recording again in 30 seconds.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to setup anything?
Nope! As long as the meeting link is valid, Clarify Recorder will join the meeting and seamlessly record and transcribe it.
